Uranian themes seem to be popping up quite a bit lately. Maybe that’s because it’s recently moved into look-at-me Aries? Previously I blogged about Uranus and being single. That post was inspired by an article in The Times Online. Well, they have another article in a similar vein entitled All By Myself.
Most people realize loneliness is an epidemic. The fact that it’s being written about so often speaks to this. But why now? A lot of the blame is put on technology (very Uranian). I’m sure there’s truth to that but I think it goes deeper then this. In my post on Uranus in Aries I wrote about the upheaval this combination could bring. But I think it also increases our awareness of being isolated human beings. Think about it: Uranus is about standing apart from the masses and Aries is about standing apart, period. Maybe Uranus in this new sign will revolutionize how people relate to one another.
