Over the next few weeks, Aries will be the sector of your chart where you can surprise everyone (including yourself) in the following areas: love, money and self-esteem.
Venus moved into Aries yesterday and will form an exact conjunction to Uranus in Aries later today. Venus -ruled areas will be rocked, accelerated and blown wide open by the unexpected. How disruptive will this be? It all depends on how you handle the unexpected.
Uranus (liberation) in Aries (initiative) is about blasting a path to the future. Add Venus to the mix and you get the desire to move forward immediately. Venus’s need to please others is no where in sight.
This energy can manifest in two ways:
- A sudden event/opportunity barrels its way into your life
- You suddenly decide to break away from limiting circumstances
A deliciously exciting/inappropriate/unnerving romantic attraction hits you. A crazy/inspired idea to make more money pops into your head. The urge to transform your hair or dramatically alter your appearance becomes crucial to your well-being.
The undertone of the energy is defiance. Who cares what other people will think. You’re going to do XXX because it’s about your freedom. You need this. And for the most part, this influence is about taking chances, grabbing opportunities when they come up and breaking away from the past. But…
Remember that the nature of Venus/Uranus in Aries is transient. This is a good reason to not hesitate but it’s also a good reason to be aware of the consequences if you’re going to discard something or someone in favor of the new. This influence will work best if you keep in mind the larger set of changes that Uranus is introducing to your life. Over the next few years Uranus’s transit will liberate the area of your chart/life based on the house it’s moving through (read this post for more information). If you can treat this transit of Venus as the spark that lights the liberation- fire, you’ll be on the right track. Think big picture rather than present events as the final conclusion. What manifests now may not last but it will be a catalyst. What are your long term goals (in the area that Uranus is revolutionizing) and how do you want them to change?
The Venus/Uranus conjunction will be most potent for those with planets between 0-3 degrees Aries, Libra, Cancer or Capricorn. But everyone can make use of this energy in the area of their chart where Uranus is transiting. Venus will travel trough Aries until March 5th.

my natal venus is in the 11th (more of that same energy i have in my 4th, ruled by aquarious…trying to really SEE that ‘aloofness’ or ‘my way or the highway’ but honestly, those closest to me see it as ‘warm doormat’ energy that i should hold back on much more than i do. so i am working on digging deep into my motivations…not sure what else to do with that info??). and transiting venus is at 3′ aries just on the cusp of 6th house. nadia, i can feel all sorts of undermovement around me but nothing is manifesting itself clearly at this point…watching and waiting…

Aquarius/11th House energy is about friendship and idealism. It can be a confusing sign because on the one hand it’s detached but on the other hand it’s about acceptance everyone. Kind of like Pisces in that regard except Aquarius has the ability to step back and observe, even while giving. The aloofness and stubbornness kicks in when Aquarius feels threatened or trapped.

I really enjoy ur writing, they teach me and bring clarity. My Venus in Aries/Return is hitting me in so shocking and unexpected ways. But what is surprising me even more is how strong and indifferent I am feeling toward all these changes, something that is not common for a Pisces that I am.

Transits/progressions to your Moon and/or Venus will moderate how deeply you feel something. Transit of Uranus can increase detachment, transits of Saturn (especially trines) can fortify you.
My sun sign is within 3 degree of Cancer. Things have been very chaotic and unexpected in my life concerning domestic situation, money, future, career and new love since last week. Exactly of what you’ve written here. And I can actually feel there’s an urge to push me in making up my mind in terms of my goal and life direction. Although I am feeling exhausted and sometimes confused but I am very positive with my decision.
