So everyone’s afraid of Saturn in Scorpio. It’s a heavy transit; endings, focused darkness, diving headfirst into the pond at night. Etcetera.
But guess who will be rejoicing? I’m talking about you, Pisces and Cancer. Saturn in Scorpio will be trining your planets. Lovely, stabilizing, soothing, supportive trines.

Even if I have Mars at 8 degrees of Cancer on the mid-heaven? my job? my body? my career? my beliefs? all strengthened? Even when it conjuncts my neptune at 5 degrees?
The effects will be modified by what else is happening is happening in your chart, but yes. A trine from Saturn is strengthening, even if it hits Mars on the MC. It should help you focus your energy regarding career and ambitions. As for conjuncting Neptune…this is the transit where you confront your dreams and illusions. Depending on how you handle the energy, you could manifest some dreams, but you’ll definitely have to let some illusions go.
I’ve got a 2deg Scorpio Asc trine 0deg Cancer Sun (8th house). I’m guessing this will be a mixed bag of a transit.
The only thing i’m looking forward to is weight loss, which is apparently pretty much guaranteed
Probable weight loss due to increased responsibility and discipline. Trine your Sun should give you an increased sense of purpose. Also, a good time to pay off your debts (8th House).
I have Moon @ 6:13 Pisces (11th house) + NN @ 13:04 Cancer & Venus @ 20:47 Cancer (3rd house). With Chiron and Neptune both Rx on my Moon, I’d really need a break…
Saturn trine your Moon should help clarify some of the confusion Neptune’s brought. It should basically modify Neptune’s influence.
i hope this trine comes in handy with my work in the 5th where i have saturn rx in pisces. this in conjunction with the top of my water trine in cancer in the 9th can hopefully nudge further activation. although i have natal jup there and with jup in gem and pluto rx in my 3rd, i dunno.
one thing is good: i am not feeling the uranus urge today as the opposition hits. whew. maybe i am just too preoccupied with learning so late about sat in libra *in the 12th* . major ‘duh’ here as sit back and just F L O W

my 0 cancer sun, 8 cancer merc, 14 libra 12th house moon and 5 pisces chiron are waiting with bated breath having worked my way out from under the rubble that used to be my life, losing my mind to regain my senses along with everything else for that saturn transit of scorpio, i am so hoping my 9 scorpio neptune is going to have me celebrating the magic if ive done my saturn pluto and chiron work well…..heres hoping!
Ooh, interesting! I see that the fall and early winter will strengthen my Cancer Moon (5 degrees), whereas in 2013, my Cancer Sun will take its turn and will be strengthened as well (18 degrees). I have the moon at 1 degree of Cancer, trine ascendant (aquarius) and sextile the sun and saturn both in virgo in the 7th house.
If your Moon is in Cancer it would not trine your AC in Aquarius (unless I mis-read your comment). Aquarius and Cancer do not form a trine. But transiting Saturn will be trining your Moon, providing emotional stability.
Huh, I don’t know. I got that info from astro.com. My moon is in the very early degrees of Cancer and my ascendant is the very last degrees of aquarius – maybe that’s why?
Ah, right. It’s computer generated so it looks at the degrees but not the sign. Last degrees of Aquarius is close to Pisces (which does trine Cancer).
So with that said, one of my eternal questions has always been…which is more appropriate for me to read: the aquarius horoscope or pisces? (for ascendant) ….Thanks!
If your AC is in Pisces, then that horoscope would be more accurate for you.

Not only will Saturn vacate my rising sign.. but then it will bring a ‘shot of focus’ – that would be most welcome loll – thru Fall via 2° Pisces moon, and next year i can look forward to it will aspect my perhaps strangely placed Mercury at 17° Cancer… Being i’m a Gemini, i bet this be most beneficial : ‘goodbye neediness, hello Ironwill’! To tell the truth, i’ve been looking at this trait (not astrologically) but just as something that seems to be one of the by products (too early to say ‘benefit’ yet..) of Saturn’s stay in Libra.

I know my Saturn return starts this Friday. I have two Kites, two grand trines, two bisextiles in my chart. My life has been extremely difficult and I feel constantly that I cannot mess up or it’s over. I’m constantly improving myself, but constantly finding myself amongst intensely difficult obstacles. Life just hasn’t given me any breaks really thus far. Nothing is easy. I am a bit nervous of my Saturn return, though I work hard to learn every lesson I can and work to be patient with my own humanity. I am kind of wishful thinking that my Saturn return may be more of a break since I have been sowing compassion and generosity and humanitarianism forward with all my soul. I am learning a good deal about boundaries b/c my giving nature has left me hanging by a thread, sometimes quite literally near death, at times. I am married and keep having dreams I will be pregnant soon and I’m not sure if this is crazy. I am a huge nerd and work to master as many subject areas as possible. I want to be a mother more than anything though. my bday is 3/6/83 in south lousiana at 12:45pm. I find it hard to find any sort of assistance or mentoring though I have sought it since i was a child. Any advice or wisdom is welcome and helpful. peace. I keep the faith somehow, I hear it is because of my sag moon. Even when most people would throw in the towel. I just believe somehow all my persistance towards morality and goodness will eventually pay off karmically, and I have learned that goodness transcends manmade categoricals. I do well in academia though I cannot afford to move further towards my academic dreams. I feel as if I will be at a stalemate for awhile financially. neither my husband nor i have any earth at all in our charts.

Transiting Saturn trine Sun can be stabilizng, especially in the area of relationships. Maybe not a new relationship, but certainly some internal changes/endings (Saturn through the 12th) which will be beneficial for your love life.
