This month’s Full Moon (September 29th) will be zinging with the revolutionary energy of the Uranus/Pluto square. The Sun in Libra will have just finished opposing Uranus in Aries (and squaring Pluto in Capricorn). Then it will get hit with an opposition to the Moon at 7 degrees Aries (the Full Moon).
Should you be nervous? All depends on how you feel about finishing up. If you read this blog regularly, you know that I emphasis this fact, ad nauseam: Full Moons are about endings and culminations. And the Uranus/Pluto square is all about accelerating towards the future, by disassembling decaying situations/fears/habits/relationships, etc.
The Sun in Libra (being rocked by Uranus/Pluto) can signify the final buildup that was triggered on September 19th. What was happening for you around then? Did you receive a wake-up call? The last chapter is about to be written on this Full Moon, when you will be compelled to finish up and start fresh (Aries).
And here’s another fun layer of symbolism; this will be the Harvest Moon, so called because it will be the Full Moon closest to the Autumnal Equinox (occurring on September 22nd, when the Sun moves into Libra). In the season of harvest, people brought in the crops and figured out how to make them last throughout the winter. This reminds us that Libra is about much more than being pretty. It’s the sign of evaluating what’s happened, and figuring out what you need to do next (in order to maintain balance).
To help you out, keep the symbolism of the Harvest Moon in mind, and apply it to wherever it falls in your chart (where Aries is). What are you reaping? It will be connected to something you’ve sown over the past month or so. What must be left behind? The season’s over…time to take it indoors. What can you bring with you, and how can you make it work with the new order (courtesy of Uranus/Pluto)? Whatever you receive on this Full Moon will be a direct result of what you’ve given out. It doesn’t matter at this point if it’s fabulous, delightful, tragic or embarrassing. Now you have to figure out how to make it work. Aries gets on with it.
If you have planets between 5-7 degrees Libra, Aries, Cancer or Capricorn, get ready to harvest.

My harvest starts with 5 degrees Mercury in 11th house Libra and 5 grees Uranus in 8th house Cancer ; both natally with Uranus Rx. My joint finances or my hopes, wishes and dreams. Iadmit it; it seems unfair.
But the Full Moon will be in your 5th House of romance and creativity.
Moon in Aries at 28.10 degrees in 6th house,
Venus in Libra at 15.21 degress in 12th house,
Jupiter in Capricorn at 3.29 degrees in 3rd house
Pluto in Scorpio at 0.30 degrees in 1st house
Uranus in Sagittarius at 9.50 degrees in 2nd house
Now I am trying to figure out exactly how this is going to impact me because there have been so many changes going on I am unsure what is going to hit me next. Thank you for your blogs Nadia. I am still new at reading the houses and what not.
It will hit you where ever 7 degrees Aries is (possibly your 6th House)…health, work and routine.
my ASC is at 7’58” Aries, so this Full Moon will fall in the last minutes of my 12th/6th house … I have been alert about this Full Moon for a while as many seem to consider it as a difficult one due to its involvement with the Uranus/Plute square… but still I try to stay positive as endings and culmination do not necessarily mean something bad…
but I have been unsure how it might effect me personally , what the meaning is of it falling so close to my ASC?
Change to your public image or physical appearance or the way you interact with others. Your identity will be impacted.
leaving behind the belief of scarcity/limitations/outside control and creating good work and health (conjunct 5th/6th house cusp) ahh I feel magic in the air…
ps, a couple of the asteroids that i have noted have had a strong influence on my chart are also presenting strong influence, although I am currently living in the southern hemisphere, thus this should be spring equinox, I was born in northern and still seem to be conditioned to the seasons there, may be because i was born within 24 hours of mid summer equinox, anyway, Ceres is conjunct my natal sun at this moon, which also signifies harvest time in my life, so i am feeling quite abundant at the maternal heart level, almost like a celebration happening within, quite a nice warm feeling already as she approaches that conjunction
Excellent!
Enjoy…
I’m anxious for this full moon! I have Jupiter in Cancer at 6 degrees and Saturn in Capricorn at 7 degrees. Ideally, I want it to be a good harvest, in which I receive a job offer. I’ve been on so many interviews this month. It’s been exhausting–both mentally and physically!
No guarantees, but aspects to Jupiter are usually positive. Depends on what house the Full Moon is falling in, though. It will square your Jupiter, so you might get more than you bargained for. Also, look at what’s happening with your 10th House.
i have no planets or cusps at those degrees in those signs. lunar nodes in cancer and capricorn at 3.31deg. but what for us that dont have exact things? should we fear/be careful? the online scaring with this moon is strong. aqua sun+asc+libra moon 11deg. how do we feel it. from weekly predictions i can say that i dont know how it might turn out positive. very few relationships left.. trying to form new ones for a while…slow and hard to achieve… i dont know, but can it be positive, or back to the question, is there a harvest without positions of planets you mention?
If this Moon does not hit any points in your chart, you might feel a general build up in the house (area of your life) that Aries is in. You probably won’t experience any specific events (although you should check your progressed planets/cusps first), but you can still use the general Full Moon vibe (to finish something up in the house that the Full Moon will hit). Its energy is available for everyone.
progressed mars at 5 aries =( dont know how to see the house, according to campanus 1st, placaidus 2nd, whole sign 3rd, and profgessed cusps and houses-no idea about that stuff… good that i managed to find progressed planets alone =)
I have Pluto at 8 degrees Libra on 2nd house. Values and/or money?
18 degrees Pisces, Leo rising
Depending on the other, reinforcing transits and progressions,it would be values, money or personal security (with an emphasis on relationships).
Thanks, Nadia. Saturn in Libra has combed through a lot of relationships over the past three years.
Thanks, Nadia…I feel much better; re-read your posting and
looking forward to this full moon. Saturn in Libra years have been difficult and romance and creativity were not on my radar, but now, last chapter, starting fresh ?
You have been a great help. I wish I discovered this site when Saturn waltzed into my sun sign. I had no direction, just put one foot in front of the other, unrelenting. Worst years of my life
Glad I could help, Christina.
I am Cap @ 5 degrees – I’ll leave it that. September 19 was a turning point in many areas…actually the 15 started it all with very strong intuition and I felt so seated and calm. So when the events unfolded on the 19th I was ready. It was a ( although long and drawn out) culmination of endings and beginnings. So this full moon hopefully looks like a cap off of what started. Positive here!

Wonderful writing Nadia.
I am a libra sun (cap moon) and have had a stormy relationship with a cap sun (libra moon) since november 2009 however for some reason we both have not let go and i feel I have learnt so much from him. He is insisting on meeting this weekend (29-30th sept) but I am worried something bad will happen. He does not believe in astrology at all and i know for sure he would not be aware of this moon. Should I go?

Half of me is thinking after everything I have put up with, (which is more and he even says this) it may be a breakthrough teaching me to be strong and patient in a relationship. But the other half thinks he will be mean to me and it will end in tears. Should I go?
Hi nadia, was there something I said which meant you did not leave a reply?
Sorry, occasionally I miss comments because I receive so many. I’ll look at your comment right now…
Unfortunately, I can’t say much from looking at the information you’ve given me here. I would need to analyze both your charts, which would require a consultation. But as for worrying that something “bad” will happen…all I can is trust your instincts.
I appreciate your feedback. I have postponed seeing him till Monday 1st October and am going to closely watch what he says in conversations this weekend. If he doesn’t call this weekend then I have my answer. Thanks!
Hey Nadia-
I have Jupiter in Capricorn at 7°20’40″ in the 6th House Rx… how will this full moon affect me? Work and career related?
Also, Moon in Libra at 7°22’50″, 4th House direct
Could be work or health related, but you need to focus on what house the Full Moon will hit you in. The changes will come from there and impact your work/health or daily routine.
Thank you!
Hi…new to your site. I like you use of analogies for the harvest and the full moon in Aries. I have Chiron at 8 degrees in the end of the 4th house ( Aries ruling my 5th house) with an opposition to Uranus at 5 degrees in the end of the 10th house, the Pluto/Uranus square are hanging in my 2nd/4th, so being pretty generational a lot of us are getting our Chirons hit on… as far as what I’m reaping??? seems like more of the same crap I was reaping in the beginning of the year..not much, at least financially. I’m tired of my work situation which seems to be the same wherever I go, tired of working for someone else, tired of dealing with people who don’t really want to be here…I had a really detailed daydream in my head Wednesday about having a craft store full of items I had made ( made of wood/metal/fabric) and contributions of arts/crafts/baked goods from my family members as well. But having ole Pluto in my second makes me pause, I don’t want to lose money/security! Just wish I knew where/what to at look in my chart to offer me a direction to go for peace of mind in life!!-Kim
Where to look in your chart:
Your North Node (for your path to reach your full potential)
The point opposite your natal Pluto (for how you can activate your NN)
Jupiter (for where you attract luck or abundance…it’s there, even if you don’t realize it)
Hi Nadia, thanks for the reply! I did go and look at more of your posts and came across your 2 posts on the Nodes and then pulled up my chart to investigate further..I think I read somewhere you use Koch? so anyway using that system (I normally just use Placidus) it puts Chiron in the 5th, not the 4th. I can relate to both from what all I’ve read on it. Also it can get confusing with my NN/SN. I’ve read many articles/books on the nodes and where they fall, and depending on which astrologer you go by it could be considered in the 3rd, the 4th or a blend of both (so when in doubt, blend?). The polarity point of Pluto would be in Pisces in the 4th…do I need to be concerned about the degrees for aspects? and my Jupiter is in Libra in the 11th house (venus in the 7th(gemini) conjunct mars). hmm..should I take this to your post on the nodes.?.lol
well I guess using Koch the FM will be hitting the 5th house/11th house (natal Uranus is now what looks like 2 degrees from the cusp so interpret as 11th?) wow it seems to make more sense to me there! I have always felt like the oddball in any social setting yet at the same time I feel like I’m always a bit rebellious when at work, not wanting to do the usual thing like everyone else…hmmm, need to ponder some more things here!-Kim
Yep, I use Koch. But really, whatever house system resonates with you is the best one.
I’m not a fan of blending…makes it too confusing. I would suggest going with whatever house makes more sense. 3rd is communication, 4th is family. One should resonate more than the other. If you’re talking degrees for Pluto’s polarity point, just use the usual orbs for oppositions (8-10 max).
I have Libra at 5°57’21 in the second house and Aries at 5°57’21 in the eighth house, does this mean anything for me? My Mars is also in Aries, at 8°53’47.
The Full Moon will fall closest to your Mars, so it may be activated. But what happens depends on the house your Mars is in. It should mean an increase of energy…
I just wanted to know how this full moon is going to affect me. I’m a Taurus n I hate change. Am I going to b miserable these next two weeks.

Honestly, there’s now way I can tell without seeing your chart (which requires a consultation). Sorry.
No reply for me?
I was going to reply, Jenna…just hand’t gotten around to it yet. I reply to batches of comments every few days. I’ll respond to comments from the last few days (including yours) in the next few hours.
