The sky is not oozing passion for Valentine’s Day (February 14th). More like…quiet contemplation.
The Moon will be in hot, impulsive Aries, but Mars (Aries’ ruler) will have his lust cooled by his transit in watery Pisces. And he won’t get carried away with romantic dreams, because he’ll be held in check by a trine with Saturn in Scorpio.
This is not so bad, you know. It suggests quiet (Pisces) passion (Mars) with staying power (Saturn). Maybe more spiritual (Pisces) than physical. Saturn in Scorpio trine Mars in Pisces can also suggest the desire (Mars) to be alone (Pisces and Saturn), which is certainly legitimate if the idea of Valentine’s Day turns your stomach.
So, if you’re celebrating this day with someone special, it will probably be downtempo. There will be depth to it, expressed with meaningful gestures. Don’t overlook the meaningful gestures in favour of sugar or bling; the quieter stuff will tell you more. If you’re single, or healing from a recent break up, this is soothing energy. It explained alote about my natal aspect of Mars and Saturn.
In my natal chart is also Mars in Pisces in 12th house trines Saturn in Cancer in 3d house, helped alote my sensitivity, my emotionalism to stay calm in difficult situations, to retreat in a quiet place of the soul and to come out with the solution.
I also understand now, why my solutions i came up with were never rational, but rather peaceful,- works all the time.
Helps to be patient too, my patience is infinite, always rewarded in a spiritual kind of way.

We’ve always celebrated this day as a family since it’s 2 days before our anniversary, 28th this year. It is quiet today, all of us wanted to stay home so we’re oreding in chinese & watching a movie. I’m still baking brownie, you need a little chocolate on this day.

Quick question…My north node is in 17 degrees Gemini. In the report you did for me you said that when Jupiter crosses over this point this could possibly be a time when I could meet someone with long term potential (Gemini is ruled by Mercury and Mercury is in my 7th house). I know Jupiter had gone retrotrade back in October and at that time it was at 17 degrees gemini already. What does this mean? Does this mean that someone I had met in October could come back or do I still have until June of 2013 to meet someone?? Just wondering what time frame I should be looking at and how the retrograde affects it. Thanks for all your posts! I really enjoy reading them…all of them have resonated with me in some way or another.
The time frame is whatever I indicated in the report. Yes, you have until the end of the time frame to meet someone. As for the retrograde, it could bring someone back into your life, but they might be from further in your past (years before) or even a past life connection. Doesn’t have to be someone you met in October.
Hi Nadia, Is the husband symbolized by the Sun in a woman’s natal chart or is that Mars? Or is Mars representative of only ‘lovers’ and not the husband?
Sun=husband and father. Mars=men you are attracted to in general.
