Yesterday I wrote about a dark-horse aspect called the inconjunct. It's not considered a major aspect but from my observations it has a huge impact on people. What happens when you have it in your natal chart?
Not everyone has an inconjunct (it's less common then the five major aspects). If you're curious, go to a site like Astrodienist where you can generate your natal chart for free. The aspect will look like a green dotted line between two planets.
As I mentioned in yesterday's post, this aspect links planets in two disparate signs. A huge amount of tension is generated trying to reconcile this. It may feel like you are constantly missing something in the areas occupied by the planets. For example, let's say you have Moon in Gemini inconjunct Venus in Capricorn. Your need to keep it light and consider all options is out of step with the controlled way you relate to others. You're unhappy with both sides of your personality and have a nagging sense of inferiority when dealing with people. The solution is to accept both of these energies and adjust your expectations of what you want and what you get in relationships.
Easier said then done. The kicker with this aspect is that it creates so much tension and disappointment that accepting what it has to offer feels impossible. This is where the need for adjustment comes in. Adjust your focus from chasing after what's "missing" to understanding that you already have everything you need to work with. It's kind of Zen that way.
