The New Moon, Solar eclipse on April 29th (at 8 degrees Taurus) continues the theme of solidification.
Taurus is an excellent sign to plant your feet in as you start a new chapter. That chapter will be more fully described by the house in your chart that holds 8 degrees Taurus. And it will probably be a slow start. Nothing fancy, maybe even underwhelming. But don't underestimate it.
Mercury in Taurus will be trining Pluto Rx (at 13 degrees Capricorn) on the same day. That's words/information/introductions (Mercury) delivered with a deceptively quiet punch. Inner power (Pluto is Rx, so it's internalized). The simple statement that nails it all together. A very reassuring aspect to have with a New Moon eclipse.
Whatever starts during this eclipse (check the FAQ page for information on how far in advance eclipses can be felt) will probably go the distance. It will be real, although you'll have to apply consistent effort if you want to see it grow.
Taurus themes to be aware of:
- the body
- slow growth
If you have natal/progressed planets, angles or Nodes from 4 to 8 degrees of the Fixed signs, you'll feel this eclipse most strongly. Bonus points if you have anything from 12-13 degrees of the Earth signs.
