FYI, for those of you with natal Chiron at 8-9 degrees of the Cardinal signs...
Transiting Mars Rx in Libra will be kicking that sore spot. Mars is slowing down as it prepares to go direct. From May 8th to 18th, it's been hovering (in reverse) at 9 degrees Libra. From May 19th to May 31st, it will still be at 9 degrees, but direct.
That's a long time to have your natal Chiron assaulted by transiting Mars. Chiron is where you feel weak(er), awkward, insecure, out of step or ultra-sensitive. When it gets pinged by transiting Mars, issues around appropriate assertion (yours or theirs) are in the spotlight (especially if you have natal Chiron in Aries).
Be prepared for tests. How do you stand up for yourself? Are you being "too sensitive?" Here's the key: natal Chiron's sensitivities should not be denied. If it hurts you, it's valid. Start with that, then think about how you react when someone treads on the sore spot. Chiron's full potential is reached when you accept it, work with it, and reflect that wisdom back to others. You don't have to burn through all, three steps. For most of us, acceptance is as far as we'll get, and that's plenty.
