Mercury in Gemini is building to a square with Chiron (Wounded Healer) at 17 degrees Pisces, on May 17th. What choice do you make? What do you say? Under this (thankfully brief) influence "none of the above" seems like the answer. No matter what you communicate, it can come out awkwardly. Or, all choices will feel uncomfortable. If you must make an announcement or have a critical discussion between now and May 17th, be aware that others may misunderstand you, or you'll be hyper-sensitive (Pisces) to what they say.
Yes, the Grand Water Trine is still in effect, so that will help. But Mercury in Gemini feels like an off-the-cuff remark or random bit of info that rubs everyone the wrong way. The mosquito dancing across the waters of the Trine. Don't take what's said/heard too seriously; it will matter, but it's a passing influence.
On the plus side, we also have a building square from Venus in Aries to Jupiter (at 17 degrees Cancer) on May 18th. Jupiter gives Venus a shot of optimism, and she's already in the warrior sign of Aries. That means most people will not sit still when they see what they want. There's reasons to believe that you can get what you desire; see the candy and grab it.
If you want to, go for it. Just be aware of the sticky, Mercury/Chiron square (potential for saying the wrong thing). And...May 18th-19th features the Yod to Saturn and Mars direct. Lots of stop/go energies. It doesn't have to spell disaster, but you do need to be aware of the consequences.
Natal or progressed planets, angles or Nodes from 14-17 degrees of the Mutable signs will feel the Mercury/Chiron square most strongly. 14-17 degrees of the Cardinal signs will feel the Venus/Jupiter square.
