The March 23rd Full Moon eclipse (at 3 degrees Libra) will be about justice, fairness and balance. Which means injustice, unfairness and imbalance will also be issues.
Libra is about relationships, but not just romance. This sign is concerned with the equal give and take between two parties, romantic or otherwise. In order to achieve balance, Libra must swing between extremes. So there is often tremendous unfairness associated with this sign.
Mercury will conjoin the Sun in Aries, suggesting that fighting words will be part of this culmination. Speaking out about an injustice that's been simmering. Speaking up if you've been taken advantage of. Aries is the catalyst sign, so these words could come in the form of a messenger: a person who pushes you to make a decision. Mars (ruler of Aries) in Sagittarius will trine the Sun and Mercury (at 5 degrees) adding extra courage and passion to what's being said. Mars in Sag crusades for the cause, so if you've been waffling (Libra) this eclipse could be the deciding factor.
Also on the 23rd, Jupiter Rx (ruler of Sag) in Virgo (ruled by Mercury) will make an exact square to Saturn in Sagittarius, at 16 degrees. Saturn's limits will force Jupiter's ideals to focus on the pertinent details, the facts, or the correct solution (Virgo). The tension between Saturn's rules and Jupiter's expansion will also make it essential that you take responsibility for what you know, and align your priorities in the correct order. Teaching, education and legal matters may be significant.
The trine between Mercury and Mars will perfect on March 24th, Saturn will station Rx on March 25th, and the trine between the Sun and Mars will perfect on March 26th. So the events of the eclipse will be extended, as Mars pumps up the courage and forward movement, while Saturn takes a step back. This will allow you to move in the right direction/say the right thing, if you've been held back by fear or indecision. There will be no excuses. This eclipse is so full of rightness, responsibility and rebalancing that it will be almost impossible to miss the correct path.
Note that the Jupiter/Saturn square will reoccur on May 26th 2016, at 13 degrees (and Saturn will be Rx). Saturn's not letting you off the hook. He's just giving you a bit of breathing room. The days between March 25th and May 26th could be viewed as a test. What will you do with the extra inch of space? Then again, depending on where your planets are, Saturn Rx could intensify limits as he moves back (and takes you back) to an obligation that you thought was finished. Either way, the friction between rules and ideals, reality and hope, more and less, will continue.
If you have anything from 0 to 5 degrees of the Cardinal signs, you'll feel this eclipse most strongly.
