- Venus in Cancer inconjunct Black Moon Lilith in Sagittarius: 20 degrees
- Venus in Cancer inconjunct Saturn Rx in Sagittarius: 21 degrees
BML and Saturn are technically conjunct now, although this aspect will not be exact until August 22nd. Saturn Rx defines a Lilith in Sag issue - the taboo subject that will not be contained, or the wilder, socially unacceptable female energy that will not be tamed. But Saturn is about rules, so the definition will consist of a restriction. There's somewhere Lilith can't go or something she can't express. Maybe there's judgement or legal troubles. She doesn't take kindly to limits, so this will only intensify the issue. Fanatical determination to succeed or hit back at the oppressors may be the result.
Venus' touchy inconjuncts suggest a very unfriendly vibe. Gentle expressions of love and compassion will be viewed as weak, while Lilith will alienate others. Venus in Cancer is cozy love and Lilith is the concrete-coated b**ch who's stirring up trouble (again).
But Saturn says this is important - the issue she's agitating for probably involves some ethical rights and freedoms. Maybe on a personal level, maybe on a political level. So work that inconjunct by adjusting both sides - stay strong and take responsibility (Saturn) for your part in the personal or big-picture crusade, but express some empathy as well.
You might be on the Venus side, and Lilith is scaring the crap out of you. You just want to be comfy and you want her to go away. But her uncomfortable crusade is essential. What might happen if you took one step outside your comfort zone and looked at the bigger picture? Or, you might be on the Lilith side and cream-puff Venus fills you with rage. She's so naive, tucked away in her little world. Are you sure you're not just a bit jealous of her warmth? Maybe you can soften your approach (slightly). This will attract others to your cause.
This is not about making Lilith toothless or giving Venus fangs. It's moderation on both sides.
When Black Moon Lilith and Venus make a hard aspect to each other, the socially acceptable woman is at odds with the wild witch. The inconjunct demands that these two find a way to work together.
