There's a persnickety Full Moon at 18 degrees Virgo tomorrow (March 8th). Full Moons mean culmination/emotional saturation and Virgo means pinpointing what's wrong. This makes it an "I've had enough crap" Full Moon or a "This isn't good enough" Full Moon.
Rampant dissatisfaction (agitated by Mars retrograde in Virgo, discussed here). Painful awareness in situations that are lacking. Time to get it right, no matter what. If you've been settling for less, this Full Moon will push you to demand better or move on. But you may also become hyper-sensitive in a situation that's perfectly fine. How do you know if your demands are justified or paranoid?
This will not be a new situation (it's been building). Think back over the last few weeks about what's been wrong. Can it be fixed? Is it worth fixing? Take a look at what Mars retrograde has been pushing you to obsess over/re-work/cleanse/organize or sort. Has it been productive and empowering or a drain on your energy? A healthy use of Virgo energy will make you feel like you've got it together. Unhealthy Virgo promotes anxiety and guilt. This Full Moon could be about working on yourself, tackling a health or mental issue once and for all.
You'll feel it most strongly if you have planets between 17-18 degrees Virgo, Pisces, Gemini or Sagittarius.
