The October 12th New Moon (at 19 degrees Libra) occurs one day after the Jupiter/Pluto trine is exact. But Mars in Virgo will still be building to his trine with Pluto/conjunction with Jupiter. This tells us that what's brewing in Virgo may be involved with a new beginning in Libra.
The New Moon will oppose Uranus Rx, at 18 degrees Aries. This suggests a surprising rebalance. Libra's "balance" actually swings back and forth between extremes. You need to explore the far ends of the spectrum, in order to discover the centre point. What begins around this time will probably hit suddenly, and may tip a situation in the opposite direction of what's expected. This dramatic reshuffling may open your eyes to an imbalance you didn't know existed. It may trigger a role reversal, or 180 degree change of heart. It won't feel harmonious (at first) but it's meant to address an injustice or power imbalance.
Too, the shake-up could illuminate an area where someone's been skating over the surface and avoiding the truth. Uranus will shatter the politely glassy Libra surface, and what emerges will be an honest beginning. No matter how abrupt Uranus is, he always smacks us with the truth.
You'll feel this Moon most strongly if you have anything from 16 to 20 degrees of the Cardinal signs.
