Ceres enters Taurus on July 17th. This is a fertile position: her association with mothering and nurturing, in the sign of procreation, is favourable for issues involving pregnancy and children. But this influence can also refer to the growth of anything you've been nurturing, like an idea, project, relationship. The spark that was lit when Ceres was in Aries leads to something real.
Ceres in Taurus is about physical manifestation. Nurturing expressed through touch. Food issues. Material security provides sustenance. This can be a time of growth and abundance. Like Aries, Taurus is an independent sign: nurturing yourself comes first.
But Ceres isn't done with Aries just yet:
- Rx station in Taurus on August 31, 2016 (5 deg)
- Reenter Aries on October 13th, 2016
- Direct station (at 21 degrees Aries) on December 9th, 2016
- Reenter Taurus on February 4th, 2017
As noted in the Ceres in Aries post, Ceres' Rx will be a review of what's being nurtured. Delays may be related to fears of loss (since Ceres represents the entire cycle of birth, death and resurrection). Fears can delay growth, but delays can ensure that you're nurturing something with real potential.
