Here are the cards I pulled for today's Full Moon eclipse in Aquarius.
Reversed Queen of Wands (Fire) and reversed Empress (Venus-Earth) suggest the powers of attraction are distorted. In Tarot, female cards are about attraction, and when they're reversed, there is either no ability to attract, or the wrong message is being sent out. This reversed Queen can mean that vitality/sexiness/chutzpah is lacking due to stagnation (reversed Empress). Or, the "mommy" vibe is out of control - smothering and domineering. Powerful but unhealthy.
Reversed 9 of Swords (Mars in Gemini - Air) is the worry card, so the above issues are the cause for much concern. But this is a Full Moon, so we're dealing with conclusions. Do you still need to be thinking about this? Is it over? When the 9 of Swords is reversed, there's a risk of running on the gerbil wheel -continuously cycling (Mars) through the same choices or scenarios in your head (Gemini). Maybe you need to put up the mental Stop sign.
Fire and Air strengthen each other, but they are separated by Earth. Earth and Fire and neutral, Earth and Air weaken each other. The Air card is weakest. That's good - it's easier to put a stop to the ongoing mental torture. And, it's easier to break out of that stagnation. Reversed Empress reminds me of a lush, powerful woman who's sunk to her knees and can't get up, because she's weighed down by habit (maybe unhealthy Venus indulgences) or the worries about what she's lacking.
Lots of female/attraction power in this spread (men can make use of these cards as well, if they're trying to attract). It's just a matter of turning them right-side up. Stop with the repetitive what ifs. Stop focusing on what you're lacking, or what/whom you're trying to control. There's a potent creative/sexual/sensual energy here that can be utilized.
